Everyone knows heat styling damages your hair, so I usually air dry. I wash my hair at night and go to sleep with it wet. Sometimes if it's not dry in the morning I will go over it with a hair dryer but usually it's pretty dry.Don’t wash your hair with hot water for too long as it takes out all the moisture! Rinse with cold water before you get out of the shower to seal the hair structure
